As the founder of PODS Marketing Mix Ltd, she has for the past 13 years, helped individuals, businesses and government prepare, respond, recover and mitigate against natural and man-made disaster and is passionate about sharing her knowledge and expertise on Emergency Management.  She has positioned PODs as both the market leader in flood protection and the preferred service-provider of FEMA-certified Incident Command System and EOC training. Her passion for emergency management has further led her to create the Emergency Management Association of T & T (EMATT).
