Owen Sandy

OWEN SANDY is an Emergency Management Professional with over 20 years of experience within but not limited to the Tobago Emergency Management Agency (TEMA), Owen has the training and knowledge of current comprehensive emergency management practices in Trinidad and Tobago.  

He has successfully developed and executed the first Impact Assessment Ratio and Special Needs Survey Instrument for the country of Trinidad and Tobago.  This instrument is now available to other CDEMA states and is sanctioned by the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (UNECLAC). Owen’s passion and drive fuels him to be innovative in developing new methodology, to assist in the improvement of the services provided by first responders, corporate leaders and industry executives in Trinidad and Tobago.
