Garth Vincent
GARTH VINCENT brings 26 years’ experience in the development of Health & Safety Management Systems. Garth was a former Chief of Emergency Operations for BP Trinidad for several years managing paramedics, ERT’s and dispatchers covering BpTT onshore and offshore assets. Garth has trained and conducted ER services for personnel at EOG Resources, Repsol, and British Gas /Shell and many other multinational oil and gas organizations operating in Trinidad. Garth is a Level 5 Incident Commander trained at New Jersey OEM USA, Certified Incident Management training at Bp Houston USA Center and possesses several other ICS related certifications.
Garth is the present Chairman TTEMAS EW Chapter. Certified ISO 22301 Business Continuity /ISO 45001/NEBOSH Trainer/Implementer. Garth is a part time lecturer at the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business (UWI) for selected HSE and Emergency Management programs. Part time lecturer at the Energy Chamber Learning Resource Center. Garth has performed Incident Management training for senior management and platform management teams at REPSOL YPF, Centrica and recently held ICS IMT classes for Unilever Caribbean and HCL Group of Companies.
Garth possesses two U.K. Master’s Degree in Risk, Crisis & Disaster Management and Occupational Health Safety & Environment (Distinction grade).
